As required by the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What you can contact us about

• Content or behaviour on Omebly that breaks our Community Guidelines or the law.
• Your account being warned, suspended or banned.
• Your personal data: to see, correct or delete it, or withdraw consent (see our Privacy Policy).
• A teen's account, if you are their parent or guardian.

What to include

• Your name and your Omebly ID (Me tab).
• The Omebly ID or name of the person or room involved, and when it happened.
• What happened, with screenshots if you have them.

What happens next

• We acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours.
• We aim to resolve it within 15 days.
• Complaints about content showing a person's private parts, sexual acts, or impersonating someone in such content are acted on within 24 hours.

In the app, you can also use Report on any profile, chat or room seat, and Me → Send feedback.
