Terms of Service

Last updated: 29 September 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Omebly ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Omebly app, you agree to them. Please also read our Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines, which are part of these terms.

1. Who can use Omebly

2. Your account

3. Using Omebly

Omebly lets you join voice rooms, chat, call people privately, send virtual gifts and more. You must follow the Community Guidelines and the law. You are responsible for what you say, post and send.

We may review reports, remove content, limit features, warn, suspend or ban accounts that break these terms or the guidelines, or that put others at risk. Where the law requires, we may share information with authorities.

4. Diamonds, gifts and beans

5. Your content

You keep ownership of what you post. You give Omebly a limited licence to host, show and deliver it to the people you share it with, only to run the service. Private messages and their photos and voice notes are deleted automatically after 24 hours. Voice rooms and calls are live and are not recorded by us.

Don't record or share other people's voices, messages or photos without their permission.

6. Test versions

Omebly is currently in testing. Features may change, stop working or be removed, and data such as test diamonds may be reset.

7. No warranty and limits on liability

Omebly is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it safe and running, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses or for what other users say or do. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Indian consumer law that can't be limited.

8. Changes and ending

We may update these terms. If the changes are important, we will tell you in the app. You can stop using Omebly at any time. We may stop providing Omebly, or your access to it, as described above.

9. Law and complaints

These terms are governed by the laws of India. For complaints, contact our Grievance Officer (see the Grievance page). Any disputes will be handled by the courts of India.
